Hiskes will be responsible for human resources, including talent recruitment, experience, retention, engagement, and inclusion, for the company, which operates 23 dental studios and continues its expansion in the U.S. Tend currently has more than 650 employees. Hiskes will be based in Nashville but will make frequent visits to additional markets as the company expands to other cities.
